Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure comprehensive, safe patient care by mitigating risks and meeting clinical quality standards.
  • •Manage the client experience and coordinate care delivery.
  • •Provide direct patient care and develop/modify nursing care plans.
  • •Empower and build staff competence through continuous assessment and development, including mentorship to new and student nurses.
