Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet or exceed quota while fostering strong customer relationships for US commercial prospects in the Eastern region.
  • •Act as the CEO for the book of business by documenting buying criteria, process, next steps, and owners.
  • •Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through consistent prospecting, prospect and close new business, and drive adoption to reduce churn and contraction.
  • •Create accurate quarterly forecasts against plan/budget and drive attendance at events to network with prospects and customers.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally (Customer Success, Renewals, Sales Development) and contribute to root-cause analyses and product ideas via the issue tracker.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated progressive experience selling SaaS by pitching on value to development teams (preferably DevOps).
