  • •Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by enforcing Zero Harm policies and conducting regular safety checks.
  • •Implement process reliability systems and lead continuous improvement to achieve equipment reliability and efficiency targets.
  • •Manage spare parts and consumables procurement, inventory, and budget control to support maintenance activities.
  • •Lead and support CAPEX projects and maintenance team development, including staffing, training, and performance management.

Key Requirements

  • •2-3+ years of people management experience in an engineering or industrial maintenance role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • •5+ years of hands-on electro-mechanical repair and maintenance experience using hydraulic and pneumatic tools.
  • •HNC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) is required; a Bachelor’s degree in engineering is desirable.
  • •Knowledge of budgeting/control and the CAPEX process.
  • •Knowledge of OEE and reliability systems, including CQV, plus project management experience using Microsoft Project.
