Job Summary

Drive in-store sales by meeting agreed sales targets while maintaining strong product knowledge and using the Retail Management System (RMS). Understand customer needs and recommend the right offerings, ensuring competitiveness by monitoring competitor prices. Manage product availability by reviewing stock levels and reporting daily stock to the Audit team, while supporting accurate processes and providing a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Meet agreed sales targets and ensure strong selling performance in-store.
•Ensure knowledge of product features and their availability, including monitoring stock levels.
•Understand customer needs and problems cooperatively, and provide matching products and offerings.
•Monitor competitor prices and offerings to support effective sales execution.
•Collect customer cash and send daily bank deposits to the Finance department, and track/report daily stock levels to the Audit team.

Key Requirements

•Very good knowledge of different selling techniques and the ability to apply them to achieve sales targets.
•Very good knowledge of all products’ features and awareness of processes followed, including RMS interface knowledge.
•Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach to understand needs and handle objections.
•University graduate from any discipline; courses in selling techniques, negotiation skills, customer interaction, and time management.
•Good spoken and written English, with reliability, flexibility, trustworthiness, time management, and adaptability.
