FACILITIES ASSISTANT

Plan, organize, direct, and inspect building maintenance work to keep a public assembly venue running smoothly. Maintain facility operating systems including logs, HVAC management, fire inspections, custodial inventory, work orders, opening/closing procedures, and equipment inventory. Oversee cleanliness and preparedness across event spaces while ensuring safe operations and coordinating with contractors and the production team as needed.
