Job Summary

Serve as a hands-on technical partner across the post-sale journey—running onboarding workshops, live troubleshooting, and executive security reviews. Key Responsibilities

•Lead customer-facing technical moments across the post-sale journey, including onboarding workshops, developer hackathons, and live troubleshooting.
•Build and ship working software deliverables such as Claude Code plugins, agents, sub-agents, and MCP integrations.
•Own enterprise deployment and identity conversations covering SSO, SCIM, role/seat management, and sandbox/permission design.
•Advise and unblock customers on production workloads using the Anthropic API and Bedrock/Vertex in partnership with Applied AI.
•Teach and design enablement so provisioned seats become daily active developers for both technical and business audiences.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 180,000 - 225,000 annually

•Have shipped real software and can stand behind engineering choices, including hands-on use of Claude Code or comparable AI coding tools.
•Act as the technical voice in customer-facing sessions with senior developers, IT, and security leaders, staying calm when issues break live.
•Own enterprise identity and deployment conversations, including SSO (SAML/OIDC) and SCIM provisioning, plus role/seat and permission design.
•Advise and unblock customers running production workloads on the Anthropic API and on Bedrock/Vertex.
•Design and deliver enablement that helps audiences become daily active developers using provisioned seats.
