Job Summary

Own the full HR function for the Foundation, including building and administering the C&B and grading system, recruiting and retaining staff across Kazakhstan and project countries, and managing personnel records in line with RK labor law. Lead employee assessment and development, design corporate values and culture, and support organizational scaling through HR planning, budgeting, and HR automation initiatives. Coordinate with the Foundation Director and maintain a matrix reporting line to Finance.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain the rewards/grades and benefits systems, including labor market reviews, wage/benefits monitoring, and salary indexing.
•Plan and analyze wage fund use, support HR process automation by defining requirements, testing, and implementation.
•Organize periodic staff assessments by building assessment methodology, running sessions, and creating development plans.
•Develop and implement corporate values and culture, and manage personnel records and personnel accounting/reporting in line with labor legislation.
•Search for and hire employees across Kazakhstan and project countries' presence.

Key Requirements

•Higher education in human resources management or a relevant field.
•5+ years of proven HR and C&B experience.
•Knowledge of the tax and labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and ability to review tax legislation in other jurisdictions.
•Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization).
•English proficiency at least C1+ and ability to use AI tools.
