Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • •Collaborate with product design and development teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
  • •Conduct time studies and workflow analysis, and implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Develop and maintain process documentation (work instructions and standard operating procedures) and troubleshoot manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.
  • •Evaluate and recommend new equipment, technologies, and methods; train and support production staff while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or a Diploma with proven manufacturing engineering experience (preferably in high-volume production).
  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • •Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • •Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • •Fluent in English and Italian; experience with automation and robotics is a plus.
