  • •Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off) and be willing to move shifts and work overtime.
  • •3-5 years of industry experience (or equivalent military training and experience).
  • •Minimum 3-5 years identifying performance gaps and implementing strategic improvements, with hands-on laboratory experience.
  • •Ability to always wear lab-specific clean room garments (100%) and occasionally wear PPE such as a chemical apron and face shield.
