Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end architecture and design for medium to large-scale complex business systems (sellers, products, partners, operations platforms, creators & affiliates).
•Abstract business logic and design scalable system/business architectures aligned to business characteristics and industry best practices.
•Drive stability engineering including global multi-data center scheduling, stability governance, loss prevention/control, disaster recovery, and degradation strategies.
•Provide guidance to engineers at all levels, set and achieve team goals, and deliver high-quality results consistently.
•Use business data to understand pain points, research solutions, define medium- to long-term technical strategies, and drive implementation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/IT or related discipline.
•2+ years managing or leading a software engineering team.
•5+ years’ experience developing large-scale backend systems.
•Proficiency in at least one language such as Java, Golang, or C++.
•Experience designing scalable high-concurrency, high-availability systems and stability engineering concepts (e.g., recovery, loss prevention).
