Key Responsibilities

•Own customer storytelling end-to-end: source customers, run interviews, identify angles, write the work, and drive distribution.
•Produce written and video case studies, coordinating production partners for major shoots.
•Write strategic blogs, including owning the flagship blog with industry POVs, benchmark narratives, and category arguments.
•Translate technical product launches into stories for contact center leaders and enterprise buyers, partnering with product marketing on launch narratives and announcements.
•Run content programs, owning customer announcement cadence, the company newsletter, and social content around launches and industry moments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 240,000 annually
