Key Responsibilities

  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities in in-person and phone conversations and provide customized recommendations to support clients’ goals.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Open and support a range of accounts and products, including consumer checking, small business, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documenting client interactions, and assist with branch operations as needed.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (or equivalent business experience) and the ability to develop new and existing customer relationships to achieve sales goals and referral sources.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience in customer relationship development, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
