Job Summary

Serve as the direct liaison with customers to install, maintain, and upgrade PPC equipment. Use digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot technical issues, with guidance from Senior Customer Engineers. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems. Coordinate and communicate with customers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service, while completing additional assigned duties.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Senior Field Service Engineers [Customer Engineers] to install, maintain, and upgrade customer equipment.
•Use digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques to assess equipment issues and address technical problems with guidance.
•Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems (training provided).
•Coordinate and communicate directly with customers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
•Fulfill additional duties, as assigned.

Key Requirements

•Completion of an Associate degree, military technical training, field service experience, or a trade certification.
•1–2 years of work experience in customer/field service support or a related technical field.
•Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
•Experience diagnosing and resolving basic technical challenges.
•Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with effective written and verbal communication skills.
