Job Summary

Own the Asset Protection program across ALO flagship locations and nearby sanctuaries, partnering directly with the Regional Asset Protection Manager. Use data, surveillance, and investigations to reduce shrink, respond to emergencies, and address theft, fraud, and loss-related incidents. Monitor CCTV and RFID inventory signals, conduct store walks for safety and physical security compliance, collaborate with law enforcement when needed, and educate and train staff on loss prevention best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Use data and strategy to achieve the company shrinkage goal for assigned store(s).
•Conduct investigations into incidents of theft, fraud, and other loss-related activities, including analyzing surveillance footage and gathering evidence.
•Monitor store activity using CCTV/surveillance tools, identify suspicious behavior, and address safety concerns; perform regular store walks to ensure policy compliance.
•Analyze inventory by using RFID data to investigate top loss items and identify internal dishonesty through appropriate methods.
•Collaborate with law enforcement and legal teams during investigations and prepare detailed reports with recommendations and preventative measures.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in loss prevention, security, or investigations, preferably in a retail environment.
•Proficiency using surveillance systems and investigative tools.
•Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint) and store systems such as RFID and Shopify.
•Ability to travel to sanctuaries within market as required, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, plus excellent communication for working with diverse teams and handling sensitive information with integrity.
