Key Responsibilities

  • •Stage and blend ingredients per batch sheets and recipe/process manuals to achieve QC-approved products.
  • •Perform line circuit and tank piping connections, ensuring proper recirculation and transfers; add lime slurry as required.
  • •Execute CIP of line circuits and blend tanks/silos using CIP recipes, cycles, and chemicals; wash and CIP liquifier and equipment.
  • •Operate receiving/transfer connections and silos; use FIX screens and operate X102/X103 heating/cooling modes.
  • •Maintain GMP compliance and sanitation by cleaning equipment per sanitation manual; record weights, lot numbers, and QC checks; operate forklift.
