Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, manage, and deliver a wide range of high-profile infrastructure projects and programmes.
  • •Drive planning, communication, and organisational delivery, managing multiple work streams and reporting to senior client representatives.
  • •Ensure contract management, financial management, and project controls are in place and delivered against client objectives.
  • •Maintain health, safety, quality, and environmental management throughout delivery.
  • •Mentor and develop project teams and future Project Managers, providing leadership in challenging environments.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience of infrastructure project or programme management across the full project lifecycle, including project management principles, contract management, financial management, and project controls.
  • •Strong leadership skills to develop teams and lead in challenging or ambiguous environments.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to build long-term trusted advisor relationships across clients and partner organisations.
  • •Strong problem-solving, analytical, and numerical skills to understand complex problems and shape workable delivery solutions.
  • •A degree or HND in a management, construction or infrastructure-related subject (or equivalent experience), plus professional affiliation/near-qualified status and relevant project management certification (APM/PRINCE2/MSP), or NEC PM accreditations/qualifications.
