Reconditioning Manager - Indy (2nd shift)

Supervise daily vehicle reconditioning operations in a Carvana Inspection Center. Lead and develop a team of leads and front-line associates, driving quality, production, and cost objectives in a lean manufacturing environment. Manage adherence to operating standards, safety and loss prevention guidelines, and production capacity planning. Use mentoring, performance management, and continuous improvement problem-solving to maintain engagement and meet key metrics.
