Lead and execute efforts to achieve individual store sales goals. Coach and inspire the sales floor to generate clientele, maximize customer retention, and deliver excellent customer experiences with a customer-first mindset. Maintain customer experience feedback scores using NPS, uphold inventory accuracy through cycle counts, track key BOH and inventory metrics, support loss prevention, and help onboard and train sales associates.
