Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage advanced sourcing cases requiring detailed technical or pricing analysis and extended follow-up to get them placed.
  • •Investigate root causes of supplier acceptance issues and develop recovery strategies for stalled projects.
  • •Review technical documentation and manufacturing drawings with engineers, clients, and manufacturers to validate feasibility and identify risks.
  • •Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve technical or scheduling concerns and clarify requirements with suppliers and customers.
  • •Maintain comprehensive case notes and informal guidance/documentation to support continuity across escalations.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply-chain management, preferably in manufacturing/industrial environments.
  • •Demonstrated success resolving complex supplier or production challenges.
  • •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and basic GD&T.
  • •Comfort making independent decisions within defined pricing and policy parameters.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
