Deliver an outstanding in-store and omni-channel customer experience by suggesting looks aligned to customer needs and current promotions. Model and coach Levi’s service values while promoting the Red Tab Loyalty program. Handle customer concerns per policy, efficiently manage cash handling and merchandise operations (shipment processing, floor set, markdown, replenishment), and follow store procedures and directives from store leadership.
