Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Educate consumers about products, in-store promotions, and events.
  • •Assist in store departments including consumer service, product knowledge/placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Support daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, promotion of loyalty programs, and cleanliness/recovery standards.
  • •Follow Asset Protection policies and procedures, prevent shortage, and collaborate with Store Management to improve sales-driven KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Be 18 years or older.
  • •Have at least SPM / O Level or above.
  • •Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Be fluent in English (other languages are an advantage).
  • •Have basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email) and be able to operate a retail Point of Sale (POS) system.
