Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the SAP & intelligent automation product strategy and roadmap, driving SAP implementations, platform evolution, and finance process transformation.
  • •Design and deploy agentic AI workflows on top of SAP, partnering with engineering/data on orchestration, retrieval, and safety/guardrail patterns.
  • •Unify SAP data in the lakehouse by owning ingestion and semantic/master data modeling requirements, including lineage and governance for trusted definitions.
  • •Serve as Product Owner in delivery: manage backlog and acceptance criteria, run prioritization and release planning, and drive readiness, cutover, adoption, and change management.
  • •Define and measure success metrics (e.g., cycle time, touchless rate, automation accuracy, adoption, close efficiency, cost-to-serve) and iterate using data-driven insights.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of product management or product ownership experience leading enterprise ERP initiatives at scale, including at least one large SAP implementation, S/4HANA migration, or major module rollout.
  • •Deep functional expertise in SAP and related business processes such as record-to-report, source-to-pay, or order-to-cash, plus fluency in master data governance.
  • •Hands-on experience or strong technical understanding of agentic automation, including LLM orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, and evaluation for controlled and auditable ERP workflows.
  • •Strong data fluency for modern data platforms, including SAP data extraction, modeling, pipelines, semantic layers, and making ERP data usable for analytics and AI.
  • •Working knowledge of SAP authorizations, SoD, SOX, and enterprise governance requirements to design compliant automation.
