Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a diverse team across multiple UAS and weapon systems, including test engineering and maintenance personnel.
  • •Develop and execute T&E strategies for integration, planning, execution, and operations focused on solving complex problems.
  • •Manage technical efforts of flight test engineers and control room personnel for test event planning, preparation, execution, and reporting.
  • •Oversee test and integration efforts at system and subsystem levels, coordinating projects and tracking/communicating test progress status.
  • •Plan, execute, and report on lab, ground, and flight tests when required, including test data collection and initial analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent engineering experience.
  • •12+ years as a test conductor/director for developmental aircraft and payload integration, or 10+ years as a lead test conductor/test director for developmental weapon or missile systems on manned and/or unmanned aircraft.
  • •Strong understanding of engineering concepts and principles with broad application across technical specialties.
  • •Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new concepts, organize and coordinate work phases, and determine approaches to solve complex problems.
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance and lead teams with strong leadership skills.
