Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain robust ETL pipelines and Databricks “Gold Layer” tables bridging Data Engineering and Marketing Analytics.
  • •Develop and document semantic layers, data dictionaries, and markdown files to enable AI agents for scalable, self-serve BI.
  • •Build dashboards and analyses to surface KPIs and assess sales and marketing performance.
  • •Conduct ad-hoc reporting and deep dives to uncover insights that inform strategy and decision-making.
  • •Partner with marketing stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data models and analytics-ready datasets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related analytical field.
  • •5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, AI, or data engineering.
  • •Expert in SQL, Python, dbt, and visualization platforms (Tableau preferred).
  • •Hands-on experience with Databricks (or similar lakehouse architectures) to transform and model large datasets.
  • •Experience building data backends, semantic layers, and structured documentation optimized for AI ingestion and agentic workflows.
