Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the financial model, including the annual operating plan and forecast rhythm across business units and functions.
  • •Partner with the CFO and senior finance leaders on major strategic and tactical decisions.
  • •Hire, lead, and develop FP&A and business-partner finance professionals across corporate and business units.
  • •Translate the plan into headcount, capital, and cash targets and hold the organization accountable.
  • •Collaborate with Production Finance on capacity decisions and help build board/investor materials, dashboards, and executive review cycles.

Salary: USD 253,000 - 336,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A leadership at a company scaling through significant revenue and headcount growth.
  • •Own the full planning cycle, including long-range planning, annual operating planning, and rolling forecasts for complex businesses.
  • •Strong command of hardware/product economics (unit cost, gross margin, inventory, working capital) and the cash implications of building physical products.
  • •Prepare and present financial materials to senior management, the C-suite, the Board, and institutional investors.
  • •Track record hiring and developing finance teams and replacing manual processes with scalable systems.
