Own the performance management systems, processes, and frameworks that drive company-wide execution. Use organizational and people data to identify trends, measure outcomes, and recommend improvements. Build dashboards and define business requirements for HR systems, reporting, and workflow automation, partnering with leaders to embed company values across hiring, evaluation, and development.
