Job Summary

Lead a high-performing inside sales organization of 70+ employees (including 8 managers) and own strategy and execution for Direct-to-Merchant new sales, renewals, and win-backs. Partner with the CRO on forecasting and real-time performance analysis, drive departmental change, and use analytics to evolve sales processes and compensation. Collaborate across Sales Ops, Underwriting, Marketing, and Technology to launch campaigns, improve the customer journey, and scale sales talent.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the strategy and execution for Direct-to-Merchant New Sales, Renewals, and Win-Backs.
•Drive direct sales strategy to exceed revenue targets and long-term growth KPIs.
•Partner with the CRO on sales forecasting, initiatives, and real-time performance analysis.
•Leverage analytics to assess performance, evolve sales processes, and design compensation programs.
•Build a sales environment through performance management, mentorship, continuous training, and developing sales leaders.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of sales experience, including at least 3 years managing managers.
•4+ years of experience in short-cycle, high-volume inside sales management.
•3+ years overseeing a full department or business unit with P&L or heavy quota accountability.
•Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
•Ability to quickly digest complex data and translate it into actionable sales strategies.
