Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts within the project and work packages, ensuring adherence to project control standards.
  • •Produce and control budgets/forecasts and expenditure profiles for all work within the project using cost breakdown structures.
  • •Analyze earned value, adverse trends and provide feedback on risk and opportunities.
  • •Coordinate and produce cost reports and updated budgets on a defined reporting cycle; assist with tendering and procurement.
  • •Work with site and scheduling teams to monitor costs, support change control, and produce final cost plans and reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Professionally qualified in cost management, commercial management, project controls or similar.
  • •Commercial Management experience gained within the infrastructure environment, particularly water sector.
  • •MRICS / AIQS accreditation ideal.
  • •Experience of working within the Australian market and/or Australian projects in the infrastructure sector.
  • •Proficient in the use of CostX, Unifer, Prism, Ecosys, Unifier, Cobra; proficient in SAP and BI tools.
