Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary relationship owner between the facility leadership and Traba, ensuring workers and supervisors receive timely updates, feedback, and support.
  • •Coordinate onboarding end-to-end, including introductions, first-day check-ins, interviews, start schedules, worker vetting, and drug testing.
  • •Support workers with clock-ins, pay questions, performance feedback, and on-site issue management with escalations to internal teams.
  • •Bridge communication between the client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams, reporting attendance issues and staffing changes clearly.
  • •Support day-to-day site operations by managing shift/schedule coverage and PPE distribution, and identify account expansion opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments (e.g., staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, food service, teaching, or on-site coordination).
  • •Strong interpersonal communication skills in both verbal and written (email and in-person).
  • •Professional demeanor and ability to represent Traba with both workers and client stakeholders.
  • •Organized, detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver comfortable in fast-paced warehouse environments.
