Maintain day-to-day operations at the Glenwood facility by loading/unloading agricultural inputs, preparing trucks and railcars, and controlling load-out functions. Keep work areas clean, orderly, and safe while following safety policies and accurately recording required information and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

•Under general supervision, perform general labor duties to support facility operations.
•Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling and handling equipment and hoses as required.
•Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy/light duty machinery; control and monitor load-out functions.
•Operate automated scale/dump systems and monitor/maintain inventory quality.
•Perform and record routine maintenance and housekeeping to keep equipment and work areas safe and clean.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
•Ability to operate heavy/light duty machinery and equipment (e.g., loaders, conveyors, tractors, track mobile).
•Follow safety policies and procedures and report customer complaints, repair/maintenance needs, or safety concerns to a supervisor.
•Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.
•High school diploma/GED preferred; CDL license (with Hazmat endorsement) preferred (or ability to attain).
