Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage upgrades, engineering, and maintenance for UPW Plants, industrial wastewater plant, fluoride waste treatment plants, and related reclaim systems.
  • •Lead programs and targets to support sustainability goals for wastewater systems and drive continual improvement for quality and reliability.
  • •Respond to out-of-spec conditions and system interruptions impacting production, and implement follow-up improvement plans.
  • •Train and lead the team to identify root causes and implement effective CA/PA; oversee performance plans and evaluations for direct employees.
  • •Manage budgets, track performance metrics, maintain engineering/administrative databases, and lead EHS compliance for the section and contractors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and/or Biomolecular Engineering and Environmental Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • •Strong analytical skills, including statistical process control (SPC).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel macro, Copilot, Azure, and Tableau.
  • •Effective communication and ability to collaborate across all levels.
  • •Leadership capability and track record of impact; semiconductor industry interest is preferred.
