Job Summary

Lead the Milan store as a top-line driver, overseeing Sales, Operations and Visual teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences, achieve profitability targets, and implement brand retail strategies. Drive KPI performance (conversion, AOV, UPT), manage onboarding and development of staff, and partner with cross-functional teams to execute in-season plans while upholding ALO’s guiding principles.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute the brand's retail strategies including customer experience, client relations management, employee performance, and community connectivity increasing the brand awareness, driving traffic into the store, and broadening and developing the clientele base.
•Lead team by leveraging company tools, incentives & strategies to support meeting sales goals and ensure KPI targets (Conversion, Average Sales, UPT).
•Identify and communicate individual and team training needs; facilitate onboarding and ongoing training for store staff.
•Ensure staff adherence to store standards (cleanliness, maintenance, replenishment) and maintain Visual Merchandising standards; supervise inventory management to keep shrink below target.
•Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support organizational goals and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.

Key Requirements

•Prior experience within retail or related industry experience.
•Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
•Experience managing and leading a team.
•Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Extraordinary guest experience, organizational and time management skills.
