Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by completing complex and standardized transactions accurately and courteously.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying client needs or opportunities.
  • •Ensure seamless delivery of Truist expertise using Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) for clients’ unique needs.
  • •Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; act as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
