Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and deliver complex Teamcenter customizations and integrations for ArsenalOS PLM (ITK, SOA, BMIDE, Active Workspace)
  • •Build high-performance integrations between Teamcenter and other ArsenalOS systems (ERP, MES, change management, requirements management, CAD)
  • •Design and implement scalable data models, business logic, and workflow solutions while minimizing upgrade friction
  • •Contribute to improving the platform observability (Datadog, etc) and reliability
  • •Set the bar for engineering excellence — raise standards through opinionated technical decisions, architectural guidance, and high-quality code contributions

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in a software engineering role building products, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • •3+ years of hands-on Teamcenter development experience including ITK (Integration Toolkit) in C/C++, BMIDE data modeling and customization, SOA services and handlers, Active Workspace customization and development, and Teamcenter architecture, database schema, and administration
  • •Strong programming skills in Java, C++, and C#
  • •Experience with modern software development practices: version control (Git), CI/CD, automated testing, code review
  • •Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) for rapid, high-quality development
