Operation Manager, South Korea

Own South Korea operations for Airwallex, ensuring local rules and a seamless customer experience as the business and client base scale rapidly. Optimize and build operational processes, drive strategic improvement projects using data-driven problem solving, and align stakeholders across functions. Lead daily AML/compliance program monitoring (including KYC, AML, CTF, transaction monitoring, and name screening) while defining KPIs and reporting to improve efficiency and customer experience.
