Key Requirements

•Eight (8) years of demonstrated experience in IT disciplines, including at least three (3) years as a technical lead.
•Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance (currently required) and able to obtain TS/SCI with Polygraph.
•Bachelor’s degree in an IT or engineering related field; or in lieu, four (4) years of demonstrated IT-discipline experience (as a substitution, in addition to other experience requirements).
•Strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate experienced technical staff while planning and executing tactical and strategic efforts.
•Demonstrated planning/organization and ability to communicate, report, and execute strategic planning/roadmap development for operations (MS Office suite).
