Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee operations teams (storage, systems admins, monitoring) to ensure continuous service availability, including after-hours and weekend support.
  • •Plan and mobilize resources to support mission operations, incidents, outages, or active operations.
  • •Host technical exchange meetings with sponsor stakeholders and incumbents to review mission schedules and coordinate planned releases.
  • •Lead knowledge discovery and transfer, as well as staffing and onboarding of operations personnel for operational readiness.
