Process Support Engineer III

Provide high-visibility on-site support for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, including installations, system diagnostics, service, and repairs. Partner with customers and R&D teams to develop leading-edge chip manufacturing processes, creating hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOEs). Use statistical data analysis, troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analyses, and resolve difficult process and product problems. Serve as a resource for junior colleagues and liaise between the customer and business unit.
