Support the effective operation and continuous improvement of one or more HR processes under general supervision. Key Responsibilities

•Under general supervision, support the effective operation and improvement of one or more HR processes.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to create tools and resources and execute HR programs and projects.
•Develop subject-matter expertise across HR disciplines such as compensation, benefits, global mobility, employee relations, learning and development, talent acquisition, HR information systems, or HR operations.
•Support efficient delivery of HR processes, programs, and policies using specialized knowledge, analysis, and business acumen.
•Perform HR data reporting to inform recommendations and improve overall HR service delivery, and advise HR/business leaders on best practices.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline, plus at least 2 years of experience.
•Develop subject-matter expertise in one or more HR disciplines including compensation, benefits, employee relations, learning and development, talent acquisition, HR information systems, or HR operations.
•Support the efficient delivery of HR processes, programs, and policies using specialized knowledge, analysis, and business acumen.
•Produce HR data reporting used to drive recommendations and actions that improve HR service delivery.
•Master’s degree and Professional HR Certification are preferred.
