Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Control Account Managers to ensure project plans are executed within agreed budgets and timelines, using tools to track progress and analyse performance.
  • •Lead and coordinate supply chain project activities to deliver critical milestones within the Hunter Class Frigate Program.
  • •Drive project planning, scheduling, and performance reporting to meet cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
  • •Partner with engineering, operations, suppliers, and stakeholders to manage complex deliverables and dependencies.
  • •Proactively manage project risks, issues, and change activities, and monitor supplier/contract performance to achieve delivery commitments.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated project management experience in a complex engineering, manufacturing, defence, maritime, infrastructure, or industrial environment.
  • •Strong understanding of project management fundamentals including schedules, baselines, cost/value management, risk management, and change control.
  • •Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence outcomes across cross-functional teams.
  • •Experience monitoring project performance and driving delivery against schedule, cost, and quality targets.
  • •Eligibility to obtain and maintain an NV1 Defence Security Clearance.
