Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute people strategies aligned to business priorities and enterprise transformation objectives across supported functions.
  • •Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, operating model effectiveness, and leadership effectiveness in confidential, regulated environments.
  • •Lead enterprise transformation initiatives, including organizational change, restructuring/integration, capability building, and new ways of working.
  • •Clarify decision rights and governance forums, manage escalation, and facilitate effective decision-making across matrixed stakeholders.
  • •Drive end-to-end talent strategy (succession planning, leadership development, capability assessment, and talent movement) and strengthen leadership effectiveness/bench strength.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive HR experience, including global HR business partnering and support for senior leaders.
  • •Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders in complex corporate functions (e.g., Legal, Risk, Compliance, Communications, OCEO, Finance).
  • •Strong track record influencing leadership and driving organizational change in complex, matrixed, confidential environments.
  • •Experience with enterprise transformation, operating model change, organizational design, and workforce planning.
  • •Proficiency with Workday, Visier (or similar HR analytics tools), plus a bachelor’s degree in HR/Business (or equivalent experience).
