Key Responsibilities

  • •Educate and provide technical guidance on DAS products to deployment engineering and sales engineering groups.
  • •Evaluate new products for fit within the DAS portfolio and support product introduction, including pricing coordination.
  • •Work with programmers and internal tools to ensure accuracy and up-to-date systems.
  • •Participate in customer and service provider design review meetings, providing feedback to engineering managers and sales engineers.
  • •Interface with WiFi engineering and PMO teams to ensure integration of DAS and WiFi into engineering and PMO tools; also improve service delivery and client experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in the wireless industry, with Professional Service or Managed Service Provider experience preferred.
  • •Ability to clarify goals and objectives, build team commitment, analyze progress, and identify improvements in processes and employee skills.
  • •Continuously expand and leverage market and industry benchmarking to recommend and implement best practices and analytics.
  • •Strong personal management skills, including motivating teams and using decision-making strategies to influence and inspire action.
