Associate Talent Acquisition – Remote (Maternity Cover – 6-Month Contract)

Support the Talent Acquisition team by sourcing candidates, administering the recruitment process, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience through regular follow-ups and feedback. Own trainee hiring by sourcing, screening, and sharing candidates with hiring managers, and managing their journey. Create engaging job adverts, build candidate pools, screen and schedule interviews, and provide reporting while ensuring role-by-role systems compliance using TA tools and analytics.
