Job Summary

Lead the design, development, and production of electrical systems for building projects, including ventilation, air conditioning, and fire protection. Oversee project delivery from conception to completion while ensuring compliance with regional and national regulations. Contribute to office strategy, performance appraisal, mentoring, and financial/non-financial performance analysis. Support pricing and contract execution within delegated authority, and represent the business through industry organizations and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the design and drawing of electrical systems for buildings, including ventilation, air conditioning, and fire protection.
•Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with regional and national regulations.
•Contribute to office strategy, including development of 3-year strategic plans and analysis of office performance.
•Support office and region management/executive meetings and participate in performance appraisal of direct reports.
•Represent and develop the business with lead countries, participate in industry organizations, and approve offers/contracts and expenditures within delegated limits.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or an equivalent field; Master’s or PhD may also be considered.
•Professional chartership/registration within the jurisdiction.
•Typically 10–12 years of experience in electrical project work and applying relevant standards.
•Extensive experience preparing and reviewing complex technical information, including signing off on work where applicable.
•Competence in monitoring and managing project scope (including variations) and guiding the work of others.
