Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the cash wrap and sales floor, operating POS accurately and maintaining a well-organized checkout area. Welcome clients with professionalism, suggest add-on products and gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted. Receive and organize shipments and transfers, manage stock levels, support visual merchandising updates, and follow Loss Prevention and housekeeping standards while working flexibly for busy retail periods.
