Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop Early Talent Program Coordinators supporting internship, new graduate, and entry-level hiring globally.
  • •Own the global coordination operating model, including intake, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer-stage support.
  • •Establish service standards, operating rhythms, escalation paths, and documentation to enable reliable delivery across regions.
  • •Forecast hiring demand and manage capacity, workload allocation, regional coverage, and development plans with Recruiting leadership.
  • •Champion improvements to candidate and interviewer experience by identifying friction, partnering on workflow handoffs, and leading early talent programs, events, and enablement projects.

Key Requirements
