Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the DXB Emergency Planning programme, setting priorities, deliverables and milestones.
  • •Develop, review and maintain aerodrome emergency plans, procedures and supporting documentation aligned to regulatory and operational requirements.
  • •Plan and deliver the annual emergency exercise programme, including scenario development, stakeholder coordination and post-exercise reporting.
  • •Manage emergency planning audit, assurance and regulatory compliance activities, including evidence preparation/validation and corrective action closure.
  • •Drive lessons learned into tracked capability improvements and coordinate emergency planning training and organisational readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree level education, preferably in Emergency Planning, Crisis Management, Business Continuity Management, Incident Response or a related discipline.
  • •7–10 years overall experience, including 5–7 years in emergency planning, crisis management, incident response or a related aviation environment.
  • •Recognised professional certification in Emergency Planning, Crisis Management, Business Continuity or Incident Response (e.g., CBCI or equivalent).
  • •Strong knowledge of airport operations, aerodrome emergency planning frameworks, regulatory compliance and emergency exercise management.
  • •Experience coordinating complex exercises, audits and assurance activities, managing actions through evidenced closure.
