Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, operational excellence, and team development in a Coach luxury retail environment. Lead on the sales floor by delivering exceptional, inclusive customer experiences and resolving issues quickly. •Support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals through forecasting, planning, category initiatives, and KPI monitoring.

•Recruit, onboard, and coach team members; foster a collaborative culture and build a talent pipeline aligned to brand vision.
•Support virtual shopping, clienteling, and customer data acquisition; use social media trends to enhance the customer experience.
•Oversee operational excellence including compliance, scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, visual merchandising, store safety, and vendor relationships.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 35,000 - 55,000
