Job Summary

Drive customer growth and revenue optimization for Transfer Solutions within Mastercard’s European Move team across Central Europe. Own customer growth through onboarding to revenue ramp, partnering with Sales, Product Implementation, Product, and other functions to shorten time to integration. Serve as voice of the customer by translating feedback into metrics (e.g., NPS) and roadmap insights. Optimize revenue expansion and retention, champion Salesforce data quality, and deliver training to improve adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive customer growth and revenue optimization activities across the Mastercard Move team in Central Europe.
•Support customer-centric outcomes from post-sale through onboarding and revenue ramp, accelerating onboarding and reducing time to revenue.
•Partner with Sales to define upsell frameworks, surface new use cases, expand corridors, and own the customer growth plan across the customer lifecycle.
•Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Product, Customer Implementation Services, Treasury, Compliance, Legal, and Customer Support to shorten time to integration and maximize efficiencies.
•Champion the voice of the customer by synthesizing feedback into customer metrics (e.g., NPS) and feeding insights into the global product roadmap, while measuring product usage performance and improving reliability and scale.

Key Requirements

•Czech or German and English languages essential; Polish beneficial.
•Experience in sales roles and working with product management and/or delivery teams.
•Experience in a scale-up fintech environment, selling to banks, merchants, payment processors, and fintechs.
•Proven success working with customers across Europe and managing pipeline through Salesforce.
•Ability to manage complex initiatives and large cross-functional projects.
