•Accurately process teller transactions via ITM, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and discrepancy resolution.

•Perform file maintenance tasks such as address changes, unlocking HNB OLB, and managing debit card limits.
•Take complete ownership of customer interactions, including callbacks and extended research when needed.
•Complete compliance and required training for ITM Specialists, and continually improve the ITM customer experience.
