  • •Ship high-leverage product improvements that unblock strategic deals for key accounts.
  • •Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to understand constraints, timelines, and customer workflows, then translate into requirements and implementation plans.
  • •Build solutions that meet Fleetio’s engineering standards for testing, observability, maintainability, and documentation.
  • •Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering peers to make pragmatic scope decisions and deliver iteratively.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
  • •2+ years with React

  • •Ability to decompose complex requests into milestones and deliver incrementally
